RaeLynne Kempfer
Miss Rodeo Florida
Bailee Jeannin
Miss Teen Rodeo Florida
RaeLynne Kempfer is a proud sixth-generation Osceola County rancher with deep roots in the Sunshine State and a lifelong love for agriculture. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and plans to continue her education as her journey unfolds.
Raised in the heart of Florida ranching, RaeLynne grew up showing livestock through 4-H, working alongside her family on their cattle operation, and volunteering with the Osceola County Cattle Women’s Association. From the show ring to the pasture, she has been a passionate advocate for the beef industry and a dedicated steward of Florida’s ranching heritage.
Crowned Miss Silver Spurs 2022, RaeLynne now proudly serves on the Miss Silver Spurs Pageant Committee, where she mentors contestants and gives back to an organization that played a pivotal role in shaping her path within the rodeo community.
When she’s not representing the state as a rodeo queen, you’ll likely find RaeLynne doing what she loves most—working cows, riding horses, and embracing the outdoors the way a true Floridian does best.
Her platform, Together We Shine, is especially close to her heart. Focused on promoting inclusion for individuals with disabilities and special needs, it reflects her belief that rodeo and agriculture have room for everyone. Through this mission, RaeLynne aims to strengthen community connections and remind others that when we support one another, we all shine a little brighter.
As the 2026 Miss Teen Rodeo Florida, Bailee loves all the things about rodeo, agriculture and giving back!
This bright and hardworking young lady, from St. Cloud, Florida, is the daughter of JJ and Wendi Jeannin and has a twin brother, Blake. Bailee’s first love of being a rodeo queen started at an early early age and she has earned multiple titles over the years including 2017 Little Miss Silver Spurs, 2019 Miss Rodeo Florida Princess, 2021 Junior Miss Silver Spurs, and 2024 Miss Silver Spurs. She also received the Miss Teen Rodeo Florida horsemanship, written test, speech, and photogenic awards.
She is currently attending the University of Florida, majoring in Agricultural Communications. She hopes to work for the Cowboy Channel or RFD-TV someday.
Bailee is honored to represent the sport of rodeo and the state of Florida this year. Through her platform “Ignite Your Passion,” she is excited to keep traditions alive, be a positive role model to future rodeo queens, and inspire others to turn their cants into cans and their dreams into plans!
